Miam!


Astazi eram pe la facultate...ma plictiseam...la Internet. No offence Matei, ora ta este delicioasa ;), dar azi chiar nu aveam chef...asa ca in timp ce imi cantau matele de foame mi-am amintit de vremurile frumoase de demult, fara griji, fara probleme, fara temeri de infometare...the good old days din Dubai...si printre altele, am simtit parca mirosul dulce de scortisoara, am atins cu furculita aluatul pufos, mi-am murdarit buzele de crema delicioasa...ce sa mai...o delectare. Asa ca am decis sa va impartasesc si voua din desertul meu favorit...un pic insa ca tb sa-mi ramana mie partea cea mai mare ca sunt mofturoasa si tafnoasa daca nu mananc cat imi tb :)

Daca cumva plecati din tara si ajungeti pe undeva unde se comercializeaza acest minunat desert, va invit sa-l incercati! si credeti-ma sunt peste 300 de restaurante in lume care au asa ceva...intr-unul din ele va veti opri si voi candva...
Daca totusi nu plecati...cea ce este destul de trist...mai exista o sansa sa va indulciti: reteta magica si secreta a rollsurilor cu scortisoara:

12 servings 55 min 45 min prep
ROLLS
1 (1 ounce) package yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups flour
ICING
1/2 cup margarine, softened
2 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
FILLING
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine, softened

to prepare the rolls.dissolve yeast in warm milk in large bowl.add the sugar, margarine, salt, eggs, and flour.mix well.knead dough into large ball.using your hands dusted lightly with flour.put in bowl, cover and let rise in warm place about 1 hour or doubled.
Roll the dough out on lightly floured surface.roll the dough flat.
about 21" long and 16" wide.
preheat oven to 400*.combing filling ingredients and spread over dough.
roll up from long side.
cut with dental floss and place 6 at a time in lightly greased pa.
Bake for 10 minutes or lightly browned.combine icing ingredients and coat each roll while still a little warm.
